Khama Rhino Sanctuary was established in 1992 to protect rhino and restore the natural area.
The sanctuary covers around 8,585 hectares. White and black rhino live here alongside more than 30 other animal species.

Rhino Tracking starts before the day gets going.
The Rhino Tracking tour begins early in the morning. With a qualified guide, you follow rhino tracks through the sanctuary.
Along the way, you learn more about their behaviour, habits and how they move through this environment.
The activity can be booked at the sanctuary reception.
Driving yourself is still part of the plan.
You do not always need a guide here. Khama Rhino Sanctuary also allows self-drive game drives.
Guided game drives and nature walks are available as well.
