Diving and snorkelling are possible in many places. On other days, the journey is about the road itself. Drive between coastal towns, stop at a market or leave the 4x4 behind for a boat trip to an island group. Many travellers choose Johannesburg and include Kruger National Park before crossing into Mozambique.
