Sossusvlei

At first light the sand dunes turn red and orange. Between them lies the white clay pan of Deadvlei, with dark acacia trees sharp against the sand. This is Sossusvlei.

Spitzkoppe (Erongo)

From far away the granite rock peaks rise above the plains of Damaraland. Closer by, the campsites disappear between the rock. And as the sun goes down, the light on the rocks changes again.
