Mbudi Campsite
The Mbudi campground is situated under large trees next to a tributary of the Mbudi River in the Khwai area close the Moremi Game Reserve. The camp offers a beautiful nature experience with animals free to roam through the area. Elephant or and also predators like the hyena are regular visitors.
There are four campsites to choose from with shared ablutions offering hot showers and flush toilets.
The facilities at Mbudi campground are basic, but cover everything you need. There is e.g. a good ablution block and also a watertap, but we recommend to bring sufficient water and food.
From the Mbudi campsite Mokoro trips can be experienced.
Multiple Selfdrive4x4.com tours are using Mbudi. It’s an excellent stop-over between Chobe National Park Savuti and the city of Maun.
