Letaba Restcamp sits in a bend of the Letaba River, roughly halfway between the southern and northern boundaries of Kruger National Park. After a day of game drives or walking, it is a place to park the 4x4 for a while. From the restaurant terrace, you look across the river and the wildlife drawn towards it. Letaba means 'river of sand'. Among other animals, you may see elephants along the riverbed.
