Discovery B&B is made up of several bungalows designed in the style of a traditional African village. Every room has running water, lighting and electricity.

A green garden surrounds the bungalows. Bird food is placed on a feeding shelf, which regularly brings different species into view. You do not always need to head out to see something. Sometimes it arrives just outside your room.

Pool by day, campfire after sunset.

You can stay around the B&B and enjoy the quiet, or head out in the evening to one of the restaurants in the surrounding area. During the African summer, the swimming pool offers a welcome place to cool down.

After sunset, the campfire area becomes the natural meeting point. Travellers often sit here for a while longer, sharing stories from the road.

Pilanesberg gives you the first wildlife day. Then cross into Botswana through Goo-Moremi Gorge and Khama Rhino Sanctuary. Maun is the transition into the wildlife areas. Third Bridge, Khwai, Savuti and Ihaha follow one another, with sandy tracks and unfenced camps. After Kasane, the route turns south through Nata and Kubu Island.
