Zero Excess / CDW2
All rental cars come with standard excess. The risk amount for the renter varies between ZAR 30,000 and ZAR 55,000 depending on the type of car. In general tyres and glass damages are excluded if you take the standard Excess.
The risk amount can be bought off via Zero Excess / CDW2. In most cases this will also cover (all) tyre and glass damages.
Please note: No insurance covers all costs. There are also damages that are excluded and for which the tenant is liable.
