Track & Trail River Camp
Track & Trail River Camp enjoys a unique location on the banks of the Luangwa River, directly opposite South Luangwa National Park. From the camp, you overlook the water where elephants, hippos and other wildlife regularly gather to drink. This is a place where you truly experience the African safari atmosphere, while still enjoying comfort and personal service.
The chalets and safari tents are spacious and feature en-suite bathrooms and a private veranda overlooking the river. The central lodge, with its open-air restaurant and bar, forms the heart of the camp. Fresh meals are served daily, and between safari activities you can relax by the swimming pool while watching wildlife along the river.
South Luangwa is known as one of Africa’s finest wildlife parks, offering excellent opportunities to see lions, leopards, elephants and large herds of buffalo. During your stay, game drives and — in season — walking safaris are included. Thanks to experienced guides and the camp’s intimate character, safaris here feel personal and authentic.
