At these hot springs, the water is naturally heated deep underground and comes up through cracks in the rocks. When the water reaches the surface, it is still 60 degrees Celsius. The chalets of the Hotsprings Spa are on the side of the river bed and are self-catering.

You can use all facilities of the Hotsprings Spa, such as the swimming pool, the restaurant and bar, and the tennis court. You can also visit the Fish River Canyon from Ai-Ais.
